Strange dream

I had a dream last night that was very long and detailed, and I remember pretty much all of it.

Starts out in some country, and I was part of this sort of Federal Marshal team to bring back some political prisoner. We went to the prison to get this person and discovered that hundreds of people are being held there wrongly. Somehow it turns into a massive jail break, and my boss leads this "exodus" from the prison.

We're chased by the guards and we return fire. I take the rear to make sure that everyone makes it safely. We stop to let everyone catch up and rest for a moment, when the prison guards also catch up. My boss tells me to take as many people as possible and make a run for it (we were not surrounded). So I pass the word and we make a break for it. We're running across this dirt parking lot towards a city.

Once inside the city we're somewhat safe from the prison guards (maybe we crossed a border or something?). Turns out it's kind of like Las Vegas and here I'm leading a couple of hundred people down the sidewalk. So we look for an abandoned casino/hotel so that everyone can rest for the night. We come across one but right before we walk up to it, it implodes. So I ask a street vendor where another abandoned hotel might be and she tells me the location.

We bump into this pick pocket who ends up showing a few of us this really cool lockpick set that's hidden around her ankle.

We press on and come to this abandoned hotel. Everyone is able to relax and rest. The next day the bad guys catch up and again we get everyone out. Somehow I lead them to Bakersfield (or someplace like it) and that is somehow safety. I apparently know someone who lives out there with a massive home large enough to fit our refugees.

Once we get to that point I start searching the refugees to see if my boss and the whole federal marshal team made it.

And that's when I woke up. It was a fun dream, filled with action and adventure.
